The Perth office is growing rapidly and now seeks an experienced Senior Manager who is ready to step into a true leadership role with a transparent pathway to Partnership. The Opportunity As a Senior Manager, you will lead key client relationships, manage a high-performing team, and play an active role in driving the firm's growth. You'll work directly with Partners who are committed to mentoring you and supporting your progression to Partnership. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Business Services and Advisory clients, including SMEs, groups, and HNW individuals. Deliver high-quality tax and advisory outcomes aligned with client needs. Review complex compliance work and guide team members through technical challenges. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants at various levels. Drive efficiencies, best practice, and process improvement within the division. Support Partners with business development, client relationship management, and strategic growth projects. Contribute to fee growth through referrals, new opportunities, and exceptional service delivery. About You 7 years experience in Business Services & Tax within public practice. Strong technical grounding in Australian tax, structuring, advisory, and compliance. Proven leadership capability with experience managing and developing staff. Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills. CA/CPA qualified (mandatory). Commercial mindset with the ability to identify advisory opportunities.
